Title: Meal Prep Marinated Chicken: Lemon Pepper
Yield: 4 serving
Original Page from damndelicious.netEnsure the chicken is thawed, then cube into bite-sized chunks. Place in a 1-gallon Ziplok bag (that you've already labeled if you intend to freeze). Mince the garlic and the onion. Add all ingredients to the Ziplok bag and smush until mixed well together.
Let chicken marinate at least 2 hours or up to overnight, turnign the bag occasionally. Alternately, you can freeze as soon as all the ingredients are in the bag. Thaw before use; during the thaw time, it will marinate!
Dump the contents into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, until golden brown and the marinade has reduced, about 13-15 minutes. Then stir in 2 tbsp water, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
